The location of the hotel was just a short walk from the bus station and easy to find. It was close to all the facilities and the old town. The members of staff were friendly and very helpful. At one time I had difficulty accessing the guest internet so he lent me his own computer. At the time were there which is at the end of September the room rate was very reasonably priced and really good value for money.

I loved the location of this hotel with a veiw of the sea, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, private access to the sandy beach with a personal beach chair and umbrella. Beautiful decorated rooms, safe parking, and especially that they allowed my dog to come stay with us. !

Overall our Christmas stay in this hotel was enjoyable. the meals offered had a good variety of options and the quality was satisfactory. the location was just a short walk away from the beach and easy to navigate. the cosy atmosphere in some of the communal areas also made it easy to relax.
There were some aspects that we were not pleased with. the parking situation was inconvenient as it was quite limited and we had to park on the street.

Good location, short walk to the beach, hotel had its own section of the beach where we could rent beach chairs and umbrella for the day. Short walk into old section of city where there was a lot of shopping and a good selection of places to eat. Breakfast offered a good selection of choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful seafront and the bustling lower part of town. We loved being able to take leisurely walks along the beach and easily explore the charming streets of this enchanting destination. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available to meet our needs. We especially appreciated the free shuttle service to the port, which made our day trips a breeze. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with well-maintained rooms featuring modern facilities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace where we could relax and soak up the sun. the comfort, convenience, and quality services here made our stay truly luxurious.
We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good, clean, spacious rooms with a nice balcony and good beds. We got free parking (according to the hotel flyer, they normally charge a daily fee) but that might be because the hotel was far from fully booked. Excellent breakfast buffet. Really a very, very good value for money!
It's a pity there is no wifi in the rooms. It's only possible in the lobby, but there it's a good connection. The room only had a jacuzzi and no shower screen, so it was quite difficult to take a shower without making half of the bathroom wet...

The hotel is close to the private beaches, but we do not recommend using their beach as it is one of the most expensive ones. The breakfast was good and varied.
The hotel is falsely advertised as a 4* hotel. We booked a Superior Double Room and got a Triple Standard Room instead while they were trying to convince us it was a Superior Room. It looked nothing like in the pictures on Booking, it had 3 beds, a small bathroom with a shower instead of a jacuzzi bath as depicted in the pictures. So we payed more for a lot less than we booked. Ended up staying one night instead of 5. WiFi, which they said was available free in all public areas, wasn't available at all.
